DRYvsWET WET vs DRY: The DRY Kool Kollar is shown at the TOP. The WET Kool Kollar is below in the picture. This is AFTER 36 HOURS!!! Medium size is shown in Stained Glass Window fabric. To get the BEST results, soak DRY Kool Kollar in approximately 8 oz. of cool water. Let the kollar soak up the liquid (add more water if needed). GENTLY squeeze the Kool Kollar to drain excess water. Lay flat to dry. It's that simple and it's quite REFRESHING! ALL SIZES...ONE LOW $$$$$
